Our Return Policy

Decora Cosmetics is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! We feel that you should be seeing amazing results within 1 week of consistent use, but we urge you, for great results, to use the product for the full 2 weeks. That’s 14 days of use on us! 
It’s important that you track this progress by taking a quick snapshot of yourself, before and after, to gauge the effectiveness of Decora. We have seen incredible before and afters come to us, and we strongly recommend you try it as well!  Please note that for the most optimized results use Decora Brand products for at least 3 months.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason with the final results, you may return your purchase within 14 days of the ship date* - WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No questions asked! No restocking fees!
1. Email shop@decoracosmetics.com to receive your return authorization. We will need a copy of your receipt # to complete the return, so please don’t delete this until you are 100% satisfied with your results! If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
2. We do not accept any returns after 21 days from ship date.
3. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
4. To cancel an order, please contact Decora Cosmetics as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our location. Once the product is received at our location, on average, your refund will be issued within 72 hours. Extenuating circumstances include holidays and major outages due to inclement weather.
5. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
It’s that easy! We want you to fall in love with what our product does for you. But, if you don’t feel the same way about us as we feel about you, then please follow the above instructions, and we will be happy to fulfill your request.
Any item that you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
